Refund policy

Customers have a 14-day window, starting from the delivery date, to submit a return request to our customer service team. The returned product should be sent back in its original condition, with both the product and packaging undamaged.

To facilitate a smooth return process, the items must be unused, unaltered, and returned with the packaging intact. Please be aware that the original shipping costs will not be refunded for any returned items. To initiate a return, kindly email us at support@starrytips.com@gmail.com specifying your order number and the items you intend to return. It's important to note that return requests must be made within the 14-day timeframe. Shipping costs are non-refundable and cannot be credited.

Upon receiving the returned package, we will meticulously inspect all items. We reserve the right not to issue refunds for items that arrive damaged and are deemed unsellable. If your return is approved, the refund process will begin, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 10 business days.

Please be aware that sale items and opened packages are not eligible for return. Additionally, all promotional and holiday sale event items are considered FINAL SALE. Orders placed using discount codes may be returned as long as they remain unopened and are returned within 14 days of delivery, except for special holiday promotions.

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to facilitate exchanges. However, in the event of a defective product, we will provide a complimentary replacement set or issue a gift card equivalent to the product's value.

Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will send you an email confirming its receipt. Subsequently, you will be informed of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, the processing will commence, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within 10 business days.
